CATERING COOK POSITION

You must be well-versed in high-end cuisine, with a skillset to match. You bring years of catering industry experience, but not your ego to work every day.  ADVANCED knife skills are ESSENTIAL for this role--meaning you are able to produce consistent sizes and are familiar with classical knife cuts.

FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of retaining information because you will be working in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to memorize recipes, formulas, and techniques within one week of starting.

Requirements

  • Must have previous HIGH END catering experience

  • Superior knife skills

  • You must be highly organized and able to make your own prep list

  • Must must be able to produce things in a timely manner

  • Reliable, dependable and prompt

  • Fantastic attitude

  • Willingness to learn and able to retain information

  • Clean and presentable appearance

  • Team player

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Must have a cell phone

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Current Foodservice Handlers Certificate

  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken ENGLISH

    Hours

    Monday to Friday,
    Start time between 4:00-5:30 am until work is done.

    Weekends and evenings as needed.
