Ordering Guide

Placing An Order:

We strive to prepare the freshest, most beautifully presented cuisine to our clients. All this care takes time–our guidelines allow us to assure the quality we’re so well known for!

  • All orders must be placed by NOON the day before requested delivery.A $150 minimum is required for delivery. Smaller orders are available for pick up.
  • Orders are processed between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. M-F. Any order placed after 5 p.m. on Friday will be processed on Monday.
  • A $500 minimum is required for weekend events. Weekend orders must be placed during normal business hours.
  • We always want to do whatever we can to get you what you need! Because our food is made fresh, a 15% Rush Order fee is applied to late orders.

Delivery:

  • We strive for worry-free presentation that makes you proud! Delivery & set-up fees are based on an order size and destination. Fees are on average $25.
  • Our prices include upscale disposables. Please call us for other “no-waste” presentation ideas.

Confirmation & Payment:

  • Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of an invoice.
  • Payment is due upon receipt. Larger functions are subject to a 50% deposit. Please call us for more information on flexible billing terms for corporate clients.

Pricing an Event

An all-inclusive catering budget includes the following:
cost of food, rentals, staff service, delivery charges, taxes and service charge.

The cost per person is determined according to: the size of the party, the menu, type of service and event location.

Costs may include:
Food:30%
Beverage (alcohol):provided by the customer
Rentals:20-25%
Staff:20-25%
Service and delivery charges, taxes:20-30%
Gratuities:12 to 18% added to invoices for full-service events

We reserve the right to adjust the proposal should there be a change in the guest count.
